These terms govern the use of Colnexia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to comply with them. We recommend reading them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up or using Colnexia you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Service description
Colnexia is a SaaS platform that lets local service businesses build a website with a booking system and run their operations with AI. We offer different plans with limits on services and collaborators; the features of each plan are described on the pricing page.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and payments
We offer a 3-day free trial without a credit card. When the trial ends you can choose a monthly paid plan. Payments are processed in advance and not prorated. You can cancel anytime from settings; you keep access until the end of the billed period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Colnexia to send spam, host illegal content, infringe third-party rights, abuse the infrastructure (mass scraping, attacks), or evade plan limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
Content you upload (text, images, customer data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee specific uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Support is provided via email; higher plans include priority support.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
