At Colnexia we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect data you provide directly when creating an account (name, email, company name, phone), payment data processed by our payment providers, and product usage data (pages visited, actions taken, IP, browser) to improve the service. We also collect data from your end customers when they book on your site.

2. How we use your information

We use the data to provide and operate the service, process payments, send operational notifications (booking confirmations, reminders), respond to your support requests, and improve the platform. We don't use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers that need to process it for the service to work: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (the SMTP provider you configure), and payment processor. All sign data protection agreements. We may also disclose information if legally required.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by writing to our contact email. If you live in the EU, UK, California or another jurisdiction with equivalent laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have additional rights that we will honor.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. When you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), database-level multi-tenant isolation (RLS), role-based access control, and continuous monitoring. Still, no system is 100% secure; we will notify you if we detect a breach affecting your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or regulations. We will notify you by email if changes are material and publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
