Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Colnexia. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to process it.
1. Free trial period
All plans include a 3-day free trial without a credit card. You can cancel during the trial without any charge. We recommend taking advantage of this period to evaluate whether the service fits your business.
2. Refunds on monthly subscriptions
Since we already offer a free trial, monthly subscriptions are not refundable once the payment is processed. You can cancel renewal at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
3. Exceptions
We may make exceptions in cases of technical error attributable to us that prevented you from using the service during the billed period. Each case is evaluated individually.
4. How to request a refund
Write to legal@colnexia.com with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We respond within 5 business days. If we approve the refund, we process it to the same original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Cancellation vs refund
Canceling the subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current period. You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
